STD High Performance Head Assemblies for
Twin Cam 88 and Evolution applications
All STD heads are precision cast at 48,000lb tensile strength aluminum with high flow engineered ports and combustion chambers. Available with a fully hand blended valve job for the ultimate street engine, or with full hand port and polishing throughout for maximum horsepower and torque.

Heads can be ordered for single or dual plugs, in vented and non-vented styles, all of which run up to .600 lift cams without modifications.* STD heads are also available fully assembled with only the highest quality parts. Including 175 lb. spring kits, titanium collars, cast iron guides, and Viton rubber or Teflon seals with stock or oversize valves** in stainless steel or with black nitride finish.For the highest quality and best performance in hand crafted heads for Big Twin or Sportsters, look no further than STD.

Big Twin, Sportster / Buell applications

These heads feature a 78 cc chamber that works on both stock Evo and Twin Cam 88 and larger 95 cubic inch motors. In Big Twins the compression with the stock 3.750 in. bore Harley piston is an improved 9.36:1 ratio for impressive bolt-on performance, increasing to 10:1 with an oversize 3.875 in. bore. STD High Performance Big Twin Rocker Box Assemblies
One of the hottest new products from STD Development for the American Big Twin market is their new Evolution style 100% billet precision machined STD Rocker Box Assembly. This unique design features a slanted mount horrizontal cover with easy screw access which only needs .100 inch clearance between the frame to remove the cover for rocker arm replacement. And the box cover itself is .100 inch lower than stock, offering the advantage of additional clearance with aftermarket frames.

Designed for performance applications, the STD Rocker Box accepts bigger valve springs up to 1.570 in dia. and up to .650 in. lift without any additional clearancing of the box itself. The billet machined rocker box and rocker towers are significantly stronger than stock adding additional support. The umbrella breather valve location is also precision machined for perfect sealing with no oil blowby. The STD High Performance Billet Rocker Box Assemblies come complete with all screws, breather valve and rubber seals and are priced per pair at $749.95 polished, and $795.95 chromed.
