Our new 4.25" Big Bore Engine case Assembly continues our standard for the world's strongest engine cases. Whether your're building the world's ultime street engine or a nitro burning drag bike, STD offers the high strength rated case on the market. Cast from aerospace quality 356 T6 "A" prime alloy with a tensile strength rating of 45,880 psi, the highest rating of any aftermarket cases. Special options include even larger bore sizes up to 4.5" diameter,
as well as raised deck heights up to 1.0" over stock. Call for details and pricing.

STD also builds complete Engines and Drivetrains, and using this new Big Bore case we can build you the ultimate engine displacing anywhere from 106.6 to 150 cubic inches, ready to bolt into your chassis and run, with all accessories including full electrics and a Mikuni HSR45 or HSR48 carburetor.
